Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping options for all orders within Australia:

• Standard Shipping — $9.95 flat rate (FREE on orders over $100 AUD). Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
• Express Shipping — $14.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-loved items may take an additional 1–2 business days for quality inspection and packaging.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to all Australian states and territories:

• New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania
• Western Australia, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory
• Remote and regional areas may incur additional delivery time (up to 10 business days)

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through your account dashboard.

Pre-loved items are individually inspected, cleaned, and carefully packaged before dispatch. Please allow additional processing time for these items as we ensure quality standards are met.

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
