Prices
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Hatilda is not currently registered for GST. Listed prices should not be described as including GST.
Hatilda may change product prices prospectively at any time.
A price change does not alter an order already validly placed and paid for.
Product Information
Hatilda aims to provide accurate product descriptions, images, availability and pricing.
Colours and appearance may vary depending on screens, photography and lighting.
Product dimensions, materials, sizing and specifications should be reviewed before purchase.
Where an obvious technical/pricing error occurs, Hatilda may contact the customer before fulfilment to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law.
Orders
Submitting an order does not override Hatilda's server-side validation of:
- product availability
- pricing
- shipping
- payment status
An order is subject to successful payment and acceptance/processing by Hatilda. Hatilda does not cancel orders arbitrarily after payment without providing an appropriate refund or remedy where required.
Payments
Payments are processed using supported third-party payment providers.
Customers must provide valid payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Hatilda does not intentionally store full payment card details in its application database.

- notifying Hatilda of suspected unauthorised account activity
Hatilda may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse or legal compliance.
Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- attempt unauthorised access
- interfere with site security
- submit malicious code
- misuse automated systems
- fraudulently manipulate checkout, pricing, stock or payments
- use the site unlawfully
